Who we are

Maison Amarine operates from New York and Dubai. We work with entrepreneurs, family offices and public figures.

We trained our first four candidates ourselves, one at a time: coaching them personally and opening the door for each one by hand. By the fourth, we realized what we'd built didn't exist anywhere else: a real, operational system for breaking into private service.

We're now opening the program to 10 qualified candidates per month.

The Maison Amarine Academy program

8-week intensive certification.

Weeks 1-2 · Foundation and industry structure, how households are organized and staffed, market rules. Weeks 3-4 · Discretion, anticipation, presence, running a household end to end. Weeks 5-6 · Specialist agencies, family offices, referral networks, yacht and villa service. Weeks 7-8 · Contract negotiation, your first ninety days, certification and resume.

You graduate operational. Not theoretical.

After graduation, you're ready to move on your own terms.

Direct placement in a household, through our network of private staffing agencies. Bring us candidates or families. $200 to $300 per candidate placed, or 10-15% of our placement fee for every family you introduce. Or work independently as a placement referrer, earning on every deal you bring us.

What if I don't get placed after graduation? +
You graduate operational, not just certified. Placement is never guaranteed. No program can promise that. But you leave with a certified profile, a resume built to industry standards, live access to real openings through our Career Hub, and the skills to build direct relationships with families yourself. What happens next depends on your own effort and the market.
How quickly can I start earning? +
Most graduates begin interviewing in the final weeks of the program and step into a role within weeks of finishing. Private service roles pay from the first month, six figures a year at the professional level.
Do I have to relocate to work in this industry? +
No. Private households and family offices exist in most major cities, not just New York, London, Dubai or Monaco. Those are just where the highest concentration is. Many graduates build their career close to home. Some roles do come with housing and travel if you want that lifestyle, but it's not a requirement to get in.
What is the time commitment during the 8 weeks? +
It is an intensive program. Plan for full-time focus each week: the lessons, the practice and the deliverables. You are training to be operational, not to pass a test.
I have no experience in private service, can I still do this? +
Yes. Some of our strongest people came from outside the industry. What matters is discretion, judgment and the willingness to do real work over eight weeks. We train the craft from scratch.
What support do I get after graduation? +
Access to our Career Hub with live openings, our resume tools, and ongoing guidance as you apply and grow in the field. The door does not close at graduation.
Is financing available? +
Payment plans are evaluated case by case, and discussed during your selection call.
